The crawl space under this home was completely exposed to the weather outside, and, if left to nature, it would mold and rot the house from underneath. To keep this from happening, we installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier, SilverGlo wall insulation, and a SaniDry air system. The results are undeniable.

Water table issues are common in basements built in the mountains. This basement was constantly flooding with water. We installed our perimeter waterproofing system to capture this water and send it away from the home.

The thin plastic covering on the ground of this crawl space was ripping and allowing water vapor to enter the air. This, in addition to the air outside the crawl space, is affecting the water level inside the crawl space air and was making it very humid and at risk for mold. We installed our much thicker and patented vapor barrier CleanSpace, which protects the air from moisture and humidity.

Water intrusion made this basement damp and humid. To solve this problem, we installed our patented interior drainage system.

These basement walls were bowing inward and cracks were begining to appear. Our crew installed CarbonArmor straps to permanently stabilize the walls. This system involves using fiber-reinforced polymers that contour tightly against the wall that are then connected to floor joists with ArmorLock brackets, making this a fast and non-invasive solution for wall stabilization.
