Carolina Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This homeowners foundation wall was serevely bowed with a large vertical crack. This not only compromised the structural integrity of the home but also allowed water to seep into the basement. Our team permanently secured and stabilized the wall and waterproofed the basement using our PowerBrace Wall Repair System, sealed it with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, installed WaterGuard drainage and a TripleSafe Sump Pump. 

This pieced together crawl space had many areas of water leakage. It was in bad shape. We structurally supported the floor above and installed our vapor barrier and sump pump to keep the area dry. 

Water was leaking into this basement through the block walls and at the wall/floor joint. To permanently prevent water from ever entering the basement away, we installed an interior drainage system, high-quality sump pump, and sealed the walls with our CleanSpace Wall System. CleanSpace will block the moisture from seeping through the walls and into the basement. The water will drain down the back side of the liner and into the drainage system to be removed from the basement. 

Wet carpet, musty smells, and damp storage items made it clear that water was finding its way into this basement. We pulled back the damaged areas and installed our waterproofing system under the floor which allowed the homeowner to re-finish the basement with peace of mind.

In this Danbury home, our team installed helical piers to fix part of the garage that had started to settle. We began by breaking up a small section of the concrete to reach the ground underneath. Then, we drove steel piers deep into stable soil to give the foundation strong support. Once everything was secure, we lifted and leveled the area so it wouldn’t sink again. Now, the garage floor is solid and stable ready to last for years to come.
