A homeowner in Winston Salem, NC wanted to prevent nasty crawl space issues such as water damage, mold growth, musty odors, sagging floors, and attracting rodents. Our hardworking crew installed a CleanSpace encapsulation system complete with SilverGlo insulation, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purifier, an UltraSump pump, EverLast door, and a few other of our top-quality products to ensure a dry healthy crawl space for many years to come. 

Our team stabilized a customer's cracked and bowing foundation wall in their garage using our PowerBrace System. The PowerBrace System is a foundation repair solution designed to stabilize and potentially straighten foundation walls that are experiencing inward movement. It consists of steel I-beams that are anchored to the floor joists above the wall and the floor below. The beams are then tightened to exert pressure against the wall, counteracting the forces causing the wall to bow. This system not only halts further movement but can also gradually improve the wall's condition over time.

Sometimes, burying a downspout and piping it to a needed location requires going under existing parts of the landscape. We routed this downspout correctly and re-poured the concrete that had to be removed.

Installing WaterGuard around the perimeter of this basement to collect the water intrusion went perfectly and left the basement in good shape to be finished.

The basement walls under this home were bending and causing so many problems that the homeowners had to tear out existing interior walls to uncover problem areas. Once the block was fully exposed, we were able to install our steel PowerBraces to the wall that secure the blocks in place.
