This Advance, NC homeowner was dealing with a crawl space affected by exposed soil, moisture intrusion, and unprotected ground surfaces that allowed humidity to accumulate beneath the home. Conditions like these can contribute to musty odors, elevated indoor humidity levels, and an environment where mold and wood rot may develop over time.
To create a healthier and more protected crawl space, our team installed a durable vapor barrier across the crawl space floor and wrapped the support piers to help block ground moisture. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to actively control humidity levels year-round. Together, these solutions help reduce moisture, improve air quality throughout the home, and create a cleaner, brighter crawl space environment. The result is a dry, conditioned space designed to protect the home's structure and provide long-term peace of mind.
This home owner was having to sqeegee off his back porch after every rain because the dip in the concrete allowed for standing water. Luckily we got a crew out to him and leveled the slab with poly while still maintaining enough slope to run water away from the base of his home.
The ground that settled underneath this concrete walkway was causing shifting and made it uneven. We fixed these trip hazards with our PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant that leveled the concrete slabs and sealed the cracks.
Water leaks plagued this basement. The before photo demonstrates how our waterproofing looks during installation and makes it easy to visualize how water will flow into the sump pump. Once it’s finished the floor is flush and ready to stay dry.
This troubled basement was suffering from years of water damage and cracked walls. Our expert team installed GeoLock wall anchors to permanently stabilize the cracking walls. Then they added a CleanSpace encapsulation system and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to seal and waterproof the basement from any future water damage.
