This Winston-Salem home was showing signs of settlement around the garage, with visible cracks along the brick column and uneven concrete surfaces. Our team addressed the underlying foundation issues by installing push piers beneath the affected area to stabilize and lift the structure. After securing the foundation, the crew repaired and smoothed the concrete, restoring both strength and appearance. Now, the garage is supported, level, and protected against further settlement.

This retaining wall in Winston-Salem was showing major symptoms of failure, including spreading cracks and outward bowing caused by soil pressure.
