This homeowner had standing water in the basement and was in need of serious help. Our team encapsulated the entire basement with CleanSpace liner and added an UltraSump pump and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purifier. Water no longer stands a chance against this basement!

Mold and must was a big problem for this home's basement. The water leakage had started to be a practical issue, so we were hired to waterproof it. We ran our patented WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump around the perimeter to catch and expel water before it enters the home.

A simple sagging floor that needed to be stabilized was this home's issue. We supplied a steel beam support and installed our SmartJacks to hold it up.

Foundation piers were installed to stabilize the customer's home because the cracks in the foundation indicated structural instability, likely caused by shifting soil or settling. The piers provide deep support, anchoring the foundation to more stable soil layers and preventing further movement or damage.

This Lexington, NC home was facing clear signs of water intrusion and long-term moisture damage evident from the rotting wood, discolored walls, and mildew growth in the crawlspace area. The symptoms included musty odors, potential mold risks, and deterioration of the wooden framing.
