Our team installed a new exterior drainage system to help protect this Kernersville, NC home from water buildup around the foundation. By excavating along the exterior wall and installing a dedicated drainage line that directs water away from the home, we created a reliable path for water to safely drain away from the foundation. The system terminates at a yard drain surrounded by clean gravel to ensure proper filtration and long-term performance. This Kernersville, NC home was experiencing water runoff pooling near the driveway and foundation especially during heavy rain. The existing downspout discharge wasn’t moving water far enough away, leading to erosion and potential moisture intrusion risks.

The main floor of this home was sagging and had many makeshift supports holding it up. We came in and stabilized the floor permanently with our SmartJack support system.
