This Kernersville, NC homeowner was dealing with water intrusion and foundation concerns in their basement. Moisture along the walls can lead to mold growth, musty odors, damaged belongings, and long-term structural issues if left untreated. Our team installed a complete basement waterproofing system to help manage water and keep the space dry year-round. A durable vapor barrier was installed along the walls to help direct moisture away from the basement environment, while CarbonArmor reinforcement straps were installed behind the vapor barrier to stabilize the foundation walls and help prevent further movement. Together, these solutions created a cleaner, drier, and more secure basement for the homeowner.

This home was burdened with a nasty crawl space that was leading to poor air quality inside the home. After being cleaned out and having our black plastic installed, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their crawl space is not causing the air quality inside the home to decline.  

Littered with waste and consumed with a smell of must this crawl space was growing mold and cultivating a nasty environment. We cleaned it out and sealed it tight with a full encapsulation. With thermal insulation on the walls, vapor barrier on the ground, and a dehumidifier in the center this crawl space’s air quality and usefulness dramatically increased.

The main floor of this home was sagging and had many makeshift supports holding it up. We came in and stabilized the floor permanently with our SmartJack support system.

This basement was troubled with standing water on the floor and water seeping through the walls. Our amazing crew handled this problem by installing a Water Guard sub-floor drainage system to capture water at it's entry point as well as Clean Space liner on the walls to seal, protect, and cover the them from any water vapor.
