This formerly damp and musty crawl space received a full CleanSpace encapsualtion system. CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier on the market designed to seal, cover, and protect the crawl space against moisture and humidity. Not only does it provide protection and isolation from the earth, but it also makes a dark and dreary crawl space appear much brighter and cleaner too!

This formerly troubled crawl space went from damp and musty to dry and healthy with our CleanSpace encapsualtion system. Our ultra-durable vapor barrier, CleanSpace, in installed throughout the crawl space (sealing the walls, floor and piers) for the most effective humidity control.

The soil around the foundation became so saturated with water that the hydrostatic pressure built up against the wall caused it to crack and bow. To permanently stabilize the wall and prevent further bowing and cracking, we installed our GeoLock Anchor System. Heavy-duty steel earth anchors are buried in stable soil away from the foundation wall, and connected to steel wall plates on the inside of the wall by galvanized rods. 

Water pooled in different places throughout this customers basement. Our permanent waterproofing solution was to install our WaterGuard drainage system paired with a TripleSafe Sump pump. 

This basement in Thomasville, NC was experiencing water intrusion, visible moisture along the walls, and pooling water on the floor creating the potential for mold growth, musty odors, and long-term structural concerns.
