Dirt crawl spaces can lead to inconsistent temperature in a home as well as molding or rotting floor joists. We were able to protect and save this homeowner’s property by installing two sump pumps, CleanSpace to the ground, a SaniDry dehumidifier, and SilverGlo to the walls. This crawl space is now protected from moisture in the air and ground and is going to have much more consistent temperatures.

This basement was experiencing water intrusion problems, causing a musty odor and the perfect breeding ground for mold. The installation of a sump pump, in conjunction with the clean space vapor barrier, rids this basement of any water intrusion problems. This basement is now dry and clean!

The crawl space in this home smelled bad, was at risk for infectious mold, and was a completely unusable space. We cleaned it up and encapsulated it with a vapor barrier as well as installed a Sani-Dry dehumidifier. The homeowner was very pleased to have not only a safer, more healthy crawl space, but also more usable space in her home.

Over the years, intruding water had left a musty smell, allowed mold to grow, and made this basement’s space useless. Cracking and sinking concrete made this driveway rough and hard to use. We leveled out the shifting concrete and sealed it with our waterproof sealant to give it back its usefulness.
