To solve the problem, our team installed a drainage system with surface drains and discharge piping. Our team installed helical piers to provide deep, stable support for the affected area. The first photo shows the excavation and installation process, where the pier bracket is securely attached to the foundation footing. These piers are driven deep into load-bearing soil, transferring the home’s weight to a more stable layer underground.

Once installed, the helical piers not only stabilized the structure but also allowed for precise lifting to help close cracks and restore the foundation’s integrity. This permanent solution ensures lasting stability, protecting the home from future settling and structural damage.

The foundation walls in this home's basement were beginning to separate and threaten the home's stability. To prevent a wall collapse, we installed our steel beam supports, called PowerBraces, to stabilize and help push the wall back.

Moisture was getting in through the ground and the walls which was raising the humidity inside this home. We sealed and blocked out this moisture issue with our vapor barrier and wall insulation that decreased the humidity.

This crawl space was littered with fallen fiberglass insulation. Fiberglass is often misused and is susceptible to water and mold growth - issues that no homeowner wants to deal with. Our crew cleaned out this crawl space by removing and disposing of all the fiberglass insulation, and replacing it with our graphite-impregnated SilverGlo insulation , complete with a built-in radiant heat barrier surface.
