Over the years, intruding water had left a musty smell, allowed mold to grow, and made this basement’s space useless. We installed a TripleSafe sump pump, WaterGuard perimeter drain, a SaniDry dehumidifying system, and a French drain for the discharge that waterproofs the basement and increases the air quality.

Cracking and sinking concrete made this driveway rough and hard to use. We leveled out the shifting concrete and sealed it with our waterproof sealant to give it back its usefulness.

The main floor of this home started to sink and sag. We installed our SmartJacks under the home to stop the sagging and push the floor back into place.
