All of the exposed rock, block, and dirt inside the large crawl space was acting as an avenue for water and water vapor to enter. The water seepage increased the humidity, causing mold growth and air quality issues. The solution was to wrap all these surfaces in our CleanSpace vapor barrier which is designed for crawl spaces and is extremely durable. We also insulated the walls and waterproofed this particular crawl space to help protect it further.

An old sump system and dehumidifier were installed inside this home and it was failing. The homeowners had us replace it with our state of the art, patented sump pump waterproofing system.

Water seepage left behind many marks and was ruining the items stored inside. We cleared it all out and sealed the basement from this water intrusion.

We installed our durable vapor barrier and sealed it along the walls and piers to keep moisture out of the crawl space.

This formerly wet and musty basement got a brand new look and feel with after we installed some of our top-quality waterproofing products. The walls were wrapped in our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier to seal, cover, and protect the area from moisture that tried to seep through the walls. Our subfloor interior drainage system, WaterGuard, was installed around the perimeter to capture water at its entry point before it ever has a chance to reach the floor!
