Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This troubled crawl space was a musty wet mess. The support beams were begining to weaken, causing the floors above to become bouncy and doors to stick closed. Our crew installed a SmartJack system to permanently stabilize the home's foundation and a CleanSpace encapsulation system to seal and protect the crawl space from moisture and humidity. This pieced together crawl space had many areas of water leakage. It was in bad shape. We structurally supported the floor above and installed our vapor barrier and sump pump to keep the area dry. 

The completely exposed crawl space was causing musty smells and mold growth which affected the air quality inside the living space. We cleaned out from underneath this Graylyn Manor building and sealed it tight with our durable vapor barrier to keep moisture out.

This formerly damp and humid crawl space received a full CleanSpace encapsulation. CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier on the market. It is specially designed to seal, cover, and protect an area from any water vapors that try to seep through. We wrapped the piers, ground, and walls of this crawl space with CleanSpace to control humidity - which no longer stands a chance in this house!

We installed the StarPipe drainage system in this crawl space to effectively manage water and prevent moisture-related issues. This system ensures proper drainage, keeping the area dry and reducing the risk of mold, mildew, and structural damage.
