This formerly damp and musty crawl space received a brand-new look and feel with our CleanSpace encapsulation system and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purification system. Moisture nor humidity stand a chance against this crawl space now!

The lack of a proper vapor barrier in this crawl space assisted in increasing the humidity and increasing the risk of mold growth. To start combatting the high humidity inside this crawl space, we Installed our patented CleanSpace vapor barrier designed for this challenge.

Water intrusion was causing humidity, mold, and air quality issues throughout the home. We encapsulated and waterproofed the crawl space to keep this moisture out and alleviate these issues.

The problems that this thin black plastic created inside of this crawl space is very commonplace. This barrier rips easily and provides little resistance against water vapor. So, we installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier, that is durable and designed for crawl spaces, along with our SaniDry dehumidifying air system.
