This formerly dirty and wet crawl space got a brighter, cleaner, and drier look with our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Made from a 20mil thick 7-layer polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace is ultra-durable! It is suitable for both floors and walls. Once installed, it seals, covers, and protects the area from any moisture, humidity, or winter drafts.

This dirty and damp crawl space was in need of serious help. Our expert crew cleaned up all the debris and encapsulated the area with our CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system - providing a brighter, drier, and healthier crawl space throughout. 

This crawl space had an aging vapor barrier, excess humidity, damaged insulation, and inadequate floor support. Our team installed a new vapor barrier to reduce ground moisture, SilverGlo insulation to improve energy efficiency, SmartJack supports to stabilize the floor system, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control humidity. Together, these solutions created a cleaner, drier, and more structurally secure space beneath the home.

The crawl space in this home smelled bad, was at risk for infectious mold, and was a completely unusable space. We cleaned it up and encapsulated it with a vapor barrier as well as installed a Sani-Dry dehumidifier. The homeowner was very pleased to have not only a safer, more healthy crawl space, but also more usable space in her home.
