This formerly wet and moldy crawl space received a CleanSpace encapsulation system complete with SilverGlo insulation. This graphite-impregnated insulation with a built-in radiant heat surface provides an unbroken sheet of R-11 insulation when installed to crawl space walls. The ultra-durable CleanSpace liner is used to seal and protect the area from any moisture, humidity, or cold drafts. This combo ensures improved energy efficiency for this home year-round!

This crawl space had water damaged and uninsulated walls, causing issues with mold, humidity, and energy efficiency. Our crew installed graphite-impregnated SilverGlo insulation to the walls to provide an unbroken sheet of R-11 insulation. They paired this with a CleanSpace encapsulation to the remaining exposed areas of the crawl space to fully seal and protect it from humidity, moisture, and cold drafts.

This crawl space was dirty and musty, leaving the homeowner worried about the potential for mold growth. Up to 50% of the air in the first level of home comes from the crawl space, so the homeowners were concerned about the air quality in their home. Our professionals came in and cleaned out the basement and installed our clean space vapor barrier, ensuring the air quality in this crawl space was vastly improved. 

A dirt and cement crawl space that went from a dirty storage space to a clean and protected part of the home. With the installed vapor barrier this crawl space is much more likely to have consistent temperatures, and far less likely to experience mold growth.

Moisture from the ground was getting inside the crawl space and raising the humidity and forming condensation. This moisture then started to mold the floor joists and shred the fiberglass insulation. We cleaned out the crawl space and installed our durable CleanSpace vapor barrier and SilverGlo insulation along the walls. This keeps moisture out and insulates the home.
