Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This formerly damp and sagging crawl space got a brand new look and feel after receiving our CleanSpace encapsulation system and SmartJack floor-stabilizing system. This home's floors were permanently and instantly stabilized and lifted back to original position. The crawl space is now healthy, protected, and dry for years to come.

This crawl space was facilitating many problems for the home. The ceiling started to sag, mold was growing on the joists, and the musty air was being lifted into the main living areas. We cleaned out the crawl space and installed the best products in crawl space protection to keep the air dry and the home safe.

Constant water seepage has ruined the insulation inside this crawl space and raised the humidity dramatically. We installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep the moisture from the ground and walls from evaporating into the air and raising the humidity.

The poorly protected crawl space under this home had major moisture problems. We cleared out the failing insulation and plastic covering and replaced it with SilverGlo thermal wall insulation and a CleanSpace vapor barrier. This wrapped and sealed crawl space will now keep moisture out of the air drying out the air and keeping the temperature more consistent.

Despite needing to be sealed completely, the homeowners wanted to start with waterproofing the perimeter. So, we installed our EZflow drainage system and sump pump to collect unwanted water and send it away from the home.
