When this home started to settle the shift began to crack the block walls within the crawl space. These foundation walls are very important for the structural integrity of the home. Luckily, after a few piers were ran into the ground and under the foundation, we were able to not only support the home but lift it back into place.
The slab in this porch add-on had begun to sink and separate from the floor. We leveled it back into place with our patented PolyLevel foam solution.
This formerly wet and humid crawl space got a brand new look with our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Complete with drainage matting, sealed vents, buried downspouts, and (of course) our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier- moisture and humidity no longer stand a chance against this crawl space!
Our team installed foundation push piers to stabilize a settling foundation by first excavating around the foundation to expose the footing. We then attached steel brackets to the footing and inserted the push piers into the ground until they reached load-bearing soil. Hydraulic jacks were used to lift the foundation back to its original position, and the piers were secured in place to provide permanent support.
Our team replaced a customer's moisture-damaged wooden crawl space door with our EverLast crawl space door. The EverLast door is made from durable, waterproof materials that resist mold and rot, ensuring long-lasting protection. It also features a secure seal to prevent pests and outside air from entering the crawl space, improving overall energy efficiency and indoor air quality.
