We installed our foundation pier system to stabilize a customer's sinking foundation because it provides a permanent solution to address foundation settlement. The system works by transferring the weight of the structure to stable soil layers deep below the surface, preventing further sinking and restoring the foundation to its original position. This approach ensures long-term stability and protects the structural integrity of the property.

Foundation piers were installed to stabilize this tilting chimney. The piers were installed around the base of the chimney, attaching the brackets to the footing. Once attached, lift is achieved to secure the chimney back into position. This effectively prevents further leaning and stabilizes the structure. 

To keep drafts out, maintain healthy temperatures, and stop water from leaking through the walls, we installed our SilverGlo Thermal Insulation panels throughout the walls in this crawl space.
