This apartment complex owner contacted our office after noticing cracks on the brick foundation. After assessing the foundation, it was determined the building was facing a settlement issue. To stop further sink and cracks forming, our team installed our foundation pier system. 

In this Browns Summit, NC home, our team transformed a damp and unprotected crawlspace with a full encapsulation system and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. A durable vapor barrier was installed to seal out ground moisture, helping prevent mold, odors, and humidity issues. To further control moisture levels, the SaniDry Sedona was added to actively remove excess humidity and improve air quality throughout the home. This system creates a cleaner, drier, and healthier crawlspace, providing long-term protection and comfort for the homeowner.

Water and high humidity had completely ruined this crawl space. The insulation was ripping apart because of the dampness, and mold was growing on the floor joists. Runoff and weathering washed away the ground under this concrete slab and caused it to sink and crack. We were able to protect the driveway from future problems by lifting and sealing it.

This concrete driveway had uneven slabs throughout - creating dangerous tripping hazards. Our expert crew lifted and leveled the sunken slabs with the modern technology of PolyLevel. This involves drilling tiny pea-sized holes into the slab and injecting them with a special, ultra-lightweight polymer formula. The expansive properties in the formula allow for an accurate lift that doesn't add any weight or pressure to the troubled soils below.
