This Reidsville, NC property was experiencing water intrusion along the foundation due to poor exterior drainage and moisture buildup against the basement walls. Our team excavated along the foundation to install a complete exterior waterproofing system, including a drainage membrane and perimeter drainpipe to safely redirect water away from the home. Fresh gravel was added to promote proper drainage before backfilling. This exterior solution prevents water from reaching the foundation wall, helping protect the basement from leaks, moisture damage, and long-term structural issues.

This crawl space needed to be encapsulated to lower the humidity and keep moisture out. We cleared the nasty crawl space and installed CleanSpace vapor barrier and our SaniDry dehumidifier. This sealed the area keeps the air dry.

Water seepage was flooding this basement and leaving behind mineral deposits. This leaking also made it easier for mold to grow and more difficult to ever finish the basement. So, we installed a long-term solution with our WaterGuard and TripleSafe waterproofing. After we installed those products, and some complimentary dehumidifying products, the basement was ready to go.

The raised dimples on our CleanSpace Drainage Matting give water flooding into the crawl space a channel underneath the CleanSpace Liner. The water is then directed to the crawl space drain.
