The walls in this basement were holding so much water that it started to chip and crack the paint and leave mold on the walls behind where the basement had been previously framed out. We dug a trench and installed our patented interior waterproofing system to drain and pump out water as it enters the home, and now it is protecting the basement from water intrusion.

This basement posed a unique situation and had a massive need for waterproofing and humidity control. To protect the area fully, we needed to waterproof the area around the stairs. This was a tricky solve, but it was pulled off with our patented WaterGuard system. This basement now has much greater protection from basement water seepage.
