Once the foundation was secure, we encapsulated the area with a bright white vapor barrier, sealing out humidity and giving the space a clean, finished look. What started as a damp, deteriorating area is now a dry, protected, and structurally sound part of the home offering long-term peace of mind for the homeowner.

We recently had the opportunity to help a homeowner stabilize their basement wall using our PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System. The concrete block wall had started to bow due to soil pressure, which is a common issue in many homes. Our team installed the PowerBrace system, which uses steel I-beams to counteract the pressure and prevent further movement. This solution not only stabilizes the wall but also has the potential to straighten it over time. 

The SaniDry Sedona and TripleSafe Sump Pump were installed to effectively eliminate moisture and humidity from the basement. This basement was damaged from water that was getting inside via cracks in the bowing foundation walls. Our crew permanently stabilized these walls with the PowerBrace wall system. These zinc-plated steel beams are secured tight against your basement wall with brackets anchored to floor joists. It is a non-invasive and immediate way to stabilize foundation walls and even straighten them back to their original position. 

Nasty water intrusion was haunting this basement. We waterproofed the perimeter and sealed it off to prevent the water from causing any more damage.
