Our foundation pier system will stabilize this customers tilting brick chimney by transferring its weight to stable soil layers beneath the foundation. Steel piers are driven deep into the ground until they reach load-bearing strata. The chimney's weight is then transferred to these piers, preventing further settlement and providing long-term stability.

This home had water damage from cracks in the drywall due to foundational shifting. Our team of professionals installed SmartJack supports to permanently stabilize the foundation and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to protect the crawlspace from future water damage. 

Using our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier system and SmartJack Support system, our team successfully transformed this damp and unlevel crawl space into a clean, dry, and permanently stabilized space that can now be used for additional storage without the worry of moisture damage.  

The crawl space door was replaced with the EverLast crawl space door system to provide a durable, moisture-resistant solution that prevents water infiltration, improves energy efficiency, and enhances the home's overall structural integrity.
