Our crew installed a CleanSpace wall system to this formerly damp and humid basement. CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier on the market and is specially designed to cover, seal, and protect the walls from any water that tried to seep through. Water doesn't stand a chance against these basement walls now!

The concrete around this pool started to crack over time. The combination of settling, erosion, and heat was causing this problem. We leveled the concrete where we could and sealed the cracked with our NexusPro concrete sealer. This provides a durable bond that holds the concrete together and protects against water damage.

The concrete slab outside of this basement was a settling point for water and was a constant problem for the home. We installed a drainage system that would capture this settled water and run it away from the home.

These concrete slabs had shifted and settled creating a completely unlevel walkway. These types of conditions create a dangerous tripping hazard and weaken the home's curb appeal. Our expert crew lifted and leveled the sunken slabs with the modern technology of PolyLevel. This process involves drilling tiny pea-sized holes throughout the slab and injecting them with a special lightweight polymer formula. The expansive properties of the formula allow for an accurate lifting of the slab without adding pressure or weight to the soils below. 

We leveled and restored this cracked and sunken concrete patio with the modern technology of PolyLevel injections. We then sealed the joints with the silicone-based sealant, NexusPro, ensuring a level and smooth patio for years to come.
