The foundation piers provide deep support, reaching stable soil layers below the surface, which helps to stabilize and lift the foundation back to its original position. This method effectively addresses issues such as cracks, uneven floors, and misaligned doors and windows, ensuring long-term structural integrity and preventing further damage.

Before waterproofing, the basement suffered from significant water intrusion, causing dampness and potential damage to stored items and the foundation. After our team intervened, we installed the WaterGuard interior drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a CleanSpace vapor barrier, effectively preventing water intrusion and ensuring a dry, protected basement environment.
