This Raleigh, NC homeowner was experiencing foundation settlement concerns that required a permanent stabilization solution. Our team installed a helical pier system along the exterior foundation to help support and stabilize the settling area of the home.

The installation process included excavating beside the foundation footing and mechanically advancing heavy-duty helical piers into stable soil beneath the structure. Helical piers are designed to transfer the weight of the home to stronger load-bearing soils, helping prevent further settlement and structural movement. After installation, the area was carefully backfilled and restored, leaving the home with long-term foundation support and improved structural stability.

The TripleSafe Sump Pump system will protect the customer's basement by providing a reliable and efficient solution for managing groundwater seepage. This system features three pumps: a primary pump for normal conditions, a secondary pump for heavy water flow or primary pump failure, and a battery-backup pump for power outages. Together, these pumps ensure continuous operation and prevent basement flooding. The system also includes an airtight lid to keep moisture and odors contained, and an alarm to alert the homeowner of any issues. This comprehensive approach guarantees a dry and secure basement, protecting the customer's stored items from water damage and mildew.

Our team installed a full crawl space encapsulation system along with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to actively control humidity levels.
