Our team recently installed a Triplesafe Sump Pump System to replace a customer's faulty system, which had caused water to enter their basement. The new system ensures reliable protection against water damage through its triple-redundancy design. The Triplesafe Sump Pump includes three pumps: a primary pump for regular water removal, a secondary pump for backup in case the primary fails, and a battery-operated pump for power outages. This system works by detecting rising water levels and activating the appropriate pump to efficiently discharge water away from the basement, preventing flooding and maintaining a dry, safe space.

To keep this crawl space dry and home healthy, we encapsulated the crawl space and installed a high-performance sump system to pump water out through an exterior discharge line. 

In this Winston-Salem home, signs of water intrusion were visible in the basement, with staining and dampness along the walls and floor conditions that can lead to mold growth, structural damage, and poor air quality if left untreated. To resolve the issue, our team installed a high-performance sump pump system with a battery backup, ensuring the basement remains dry even during heavy rains or power outages. To stabilize the foundation, our team installed Carbon Armor wall straps, a high-strength, low-profile solution designed to stop wall movement permanently. These carbon fiber straps are bonded directly to the wall and anchored to the floor system above, reinforcing the foundation without taking up valuable basement space.
