These symptoms often indicate hydrostatic pressure forcing water through the block walls and at the wall-floor joint, leading to potential mold growth, structural concerns, and unhealthy indoor air.

Sometimes, burying a downspout and piping it to a needed location requires going under existing parts of the landscape. We routed this downspout correctly and re-poured the concrete that had to be removed.
