Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This Winston-Salem, NC basement was experiencing water intrusion along the walls and floor, causing moisture damage and tile deterioration. To permanently resolve the issue, our team installed an interior waterproofing system along the perimeter of the basement.

You can see the trench cut around the edge of the room, where drainage components were placed to collect water and direct it to the home’s sump pump. A clean wall liner was also installed to protect the walls and help control moisture.

The TrenchDrain System keeps water out of the basement by catching it at the doorway and directing it away. It has a grated drain that collects water right at the entrance, then channels it through a trench to a drainage pipe or sump pump. This way, water won't seep into the basement and cause any damage.

We installed an exterior discharge line after waterproofing this basement to ensure any water collected by the system is safely directed away from the home. This prevents water from pooling near the foundation and keeps the basement dry and protected. It’s a simple but effective way to maintain the results of the waterproofing and avoid future issues.

Our interior waterproofing system ran along the perimeter of this basement and expelled the unwanted water. This eliminated the home’s leaking basement problem.
