Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

With years of exposure to water from the ground and rapidly changing temperatures from the ventilation this crawl space began to see mold growth and temperature inconsistencies inside the house. With our CleanSpace vapor barrier, thermal wall insulation, and SaniDry dehumidifier installed these issues will be solved for years to come.

The issues faced by the crawl space under this home were putting the house at risk for serious problems. There had already been work done to keep the floor from sinking and we were hired to clean out the debris and properly protect the crawl space from humidity and wild temperature changes. With installing CleanSpace vapor barrier and SilverGlo wall insulation around the existing supports, we managed to give the crawl space proper protection from humidity and from swings in temperature due to ineffective insulation.

The crawl space under this home was unsealed and very moist. We cleaned it out and installed a sealed vapor barrier throughout.
