This wrapped and sealed crawl space will now keep moisture out of the air drying out the air and keeping the temperature more consistent.

Despite needing to be sealed completely, the homeowners wanted to start with waterproofing the perimeter. So, we installed our EZflow drainage system and sump pump to collect unwanted water and send it away from the home.
