The thin plastic inside this crawl space let moisture into the air easily. We installed our durable and watertight vapor barrier and thermal insulation to keep moisture out and improve the air quality of the crawl space.

We encapsulated a homeowner's damp crawl space using our CleanSpace Encapsulation system. We cleaned and prepped the space, installed a vapor barrier on the floor and walls, sealed vents, insulated walls, and added a dehumidifier. This keeps the space dry, preventing mold, wood rot, and pests, while improving air quality and energy efficiency.

This crawl space in Durham, NC underwent a complete transformation. The “before” shows an exposed dirt floor with torn insulation and open block walls that allowed moisture and air to seep in, creating the perfect conditions for mold, odors, and higher energy bills. After our team’s encapsulation system was installed, the space is now sealed with a heavy-duty vapor barrier, insulation, and wall protection. This upgrade not only prevents moisture and pests from entering but also improves energy efficiency and creates a cleaner, healthier environment for the entire home.

Introducing our NEW interior StarPipe Drainage System! We installed this system around the perimeter of this crawl space to eliminate flooding issues. Additionally, our TripleSafe Sump Pump paired with our UltraSump System will pump the collected water out of the space, ensuring it remain dry all the time! 

We installed SmartJack posts to stabilize the customer's crawl space, ensuring structural integrity and preventing potential issues such as sagging floors and foundation problems.
