This formerly wet crawl space received a brand-new look and feel thanks to our CleanSpace vapor barrier, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purification system, and a few other of our patented waterproofing products. Another crawl space was repaired thanks to Carolina Basement Systems!

The CleanSpace system was used to encapsulate the customer's damp crawl space to prevent moisture issues, improve indoor air quality, and protect the home's structural integrity. This system creates a durable barrier that blocks water vapor, reduces humidity, and helps prevent mold growth, ensuring a healthier and more energy-efficient living environment.

This crawl space in Fuquay-Varina, NC is showing clear signs of water intrusion and moisture buildup. Standing water is present on the vapor barrier, and parts of the crawl space remain exposed to bare earth, creating an environment that encourages mold growth and pest activity. The homeowner suspects the moisture may be coming from HVAC condensation or groundwater seepage.
