Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This Durham, NC homeowner was experiencing foundation cracks, sticking doors, and damage to the crawl space framing caused by weakened structural support. After a comprehensive foundation inspection, our team installed the SmartJack Crawl Space Stabilizer System with a supplemental steel beam to strengthen the floor system and provide lasting support. The adjustable steel supports help stabilize sagging floors, improve structural integrity, and restore confidence in the home's foundation.

CleanSpace Drainage Matting was installed on the crawl space floor to prevent water from pooling and flooding the space. Instead, a pathway is created for the water to drain to the sump system for removal. 

This open and exposed crawl space was having moisture issues. We managed to mitigate these moisture problems and, to secure the air inside the crawl space, we sealed it with our patented everlast door.

The crawl space under this home had been protected with the bare minimum vapor barrier. It quickly pulled away and was letting water and moisture in. So, we replaced it with our complete system that waterproofs and dehumidifies the crawl space. This encapsulated crawl space now has no moisture issues.

This messy and damp crawl space received a big make over! After cleaning out al of the debris, we installed a full CleanSpace encapsulation to cover, seal, and protect this space from any future water damage.
