This formerly humid, dirty, and musty crawl space got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Made from a 20mil thick, polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace is the strongest vapor barrier on the market. Once installed, it seals, covers, and protects the area from any moisture, humidity, or winter drafts - providing a bright, heathy, and dry environment throughout.

To prevent moisture from seeping through the ground and walls, which can lead to mold growth, wood rot, and poor indoor air quality, we installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier throughout the crawl space. This barrier helps protect the home's structural integrity and improves energy efficiency by reducing humidity levels.

This dirty and moist crawl space was in need of some upgrades. Our crew removed all debris and installed the ultra-durable CleanSpace liner to control humidity and protect the crawl space from moisture.

Our team gave this 100 year old damp and outdated crawlspace a complete makeover! They installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage structure with IceGuard protection and a SuperSump pump. They sealed and protected the area with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System, with Drainage Matting under the liner and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purifier.
