Our team installed foundation piers to repair the customer's foundation due to the presence of significant foundation settlement and shifting. The foundation piers provide deep support, reaching stable soil layers below the surface, which helps to stabilize and lift the foundation back to its original position. This method effectively addresses issues such as cracks, uneven floors, and misaligned doors and windows, ensuring long-term structural integrity and preventing further damage.

A customer had a foundation wall that was cracked and bowing. Our team installed the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System. This system uses high-strength carbon fiber straps that are bonded to the wall with epoxy. The straps stabilize the wall and prevent further movement, effectively reinforcing the structure and restoring its integrity.

A new homeowner contacted our office to help level and stabilize their uneven bedroom floor. After assessing the space, it was discovered the crawl space support beams weren't adequately supporting the floor above. Our solution was to install our SmartJack System.
