This crawl space's floor joists had weakened and shifted overtime, causing the floors above to sink. We permanently stabilized the foundation by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space. These fully-adjustable steel piers will stop settlement in its tracks and may even lift the floors above back to their original position. 

This home, built in 1909, was lacking effective foundation support. Existing support columns had failed and had been replaced with stacks of wooden blocks. The floors were sagging, and the patio had settled and shifted away from the home. Our crew permanently stabilized the bouncing floors with the SmartJack system.
