A customer had a foundation wall that was cracked and bowing. Our team installed the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System. This system uses high-strength carbon fiber straps that are bonded to the wall with epoxy. The straps stabilize the wall and prevent further movement, effectively reinforcing the structure and restoring its integrity.

The system works by transferring the weight of the structure to stable soil layers deep below the surface, preventing further sinking and restoring the foundation to its original position. Foundation piers were installed to stabilize this tilting chimney. The piers were installed around the base of the chimney, attaching the brackets to the footing. Once attached, lift is achieved to secure the chimney back into position. This effectively prevents further leaning and stabilizes the structure.

Steel piers are driven deep into the ground until they reach load-bearing strata. The chimney's weight is then transferred to these piers, preventing further settlement and providing long-term stability.
