Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This nasty and wet crawl space was allowing mold and rot to take over. We cleared out the debris and installed our patented CleanSpace vapor barrier to protect the home from moisture and humidity issues.

This formerly damp and sagging crawl space got a brand new look and feel with the SmartJack floor-stabilizing system and CleanSpace encapsulation system. This crawl space will be healthy, stable, and dry for many years to come!

Eliminating water intrusion issues by installing our EZ-Flow drainage system in this customers crawl space. The drainage system will direct water to the sump pump system to be removed from the crawl space and away from the homes foundation to prevent re-entry.

The NC crawl space code only requires that a layer of plastic be laid along the ground of the crawl space. However, these barriers quickly tear and move and leave the crawl space exposed to moisture. Knowing this, the owner of this home had us install our patented CleanSpace vapor barrier that is sealed around the entire crawl space and keeps moisture out long term.
