Eliminating water intrusion issues by installing our EZ-Flow drainage system in this customers crawl space. The drainage system will direct water to the sump pump system to be removed from the crawl space and away from the homes foundation to prevent re-entry. 

During a home inspection for this Boone, NC property, multiple concerns were identified in the basement, including moisture issues and cracking along the foundation walls. To address structural instability and provide long-term support, our team installed the SmartJack Support System.

The SmartJack steel support posts are engineered to stabilize and reinforce sagging floor joists and beams. Each post is secured to a heavy-duty base and adjusted to provide strong, permanent support to the structure above. This system helps restore proper floor alignment while strengthening the home’s overall foundation system.

With the SmartJack system installed, the basement structure is now properly supported, helping protect the home from further settlement or structural movement while giving the new homeowners peace of mind as they move into their Boone property.

In this Morganton, NC home, our team completed a full crawlspace encapsulation system featuring a durable vapor barrier, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and SilverGlo wall insulation.
